Fittings


The Fishers-HSE Recreational Cheer Program will be enrolling girls who will be in kindergarten - 6th grade for fall 2011. Registration starts Sunday, May 1st online and will finish on May 31st. our first uniform fitting is scheduled for May 2nd at Billericay Park Community Room from 6-8:30pm.

We will be using the 2009/2010 uniforms for the 2011 season. Your daughter may wear last year's uniform if it will fit for the Fall 2011 Cheer Season. Uniform tops and bottoms will be sold separately for those children who may have outgrown only the top or bottom of their uniform.

You must sign off on the uniform information form, located under the FORMs tab, if your daughter is able to still wear her uniform from last season. Please make sure there is enough room for growth in the uniform before signing off. Due to the cost, we will not be able to carry an extra uniform inventory for the 2011 season.

Everyone not using their 2009/2010 uniform is required to come to one of our 3 fittings. We will measure you for a cheer skirt and a top. Three dressing rooms will be provided. The new uniform is tailored and must be tried on to ensure a proper fit.

Our cheerleading uniforms are custom made for the Recreational Cheer Program. All participants must be fitted for a new uniform by June 3rd, 2011 to ensure delivery of their uniform for the start of the season and Picture Day.

Fitting #1: May 2, 2011 at Billericay Park Community Room from 6-8:30 pm.
Fitting #2: May 14, 2011 at the SPORTS Office from 9-12pm (Walk-in Registration)
Fitting #3: June 1st, 2011 at the Cumberland Park Community Room (106th and Cumberland Rd) from 6-8 pm.

NOTE: June 1st is the last fitting and the last day to order your uniform. Any participant not fitted for a uniform by June 1st, 2011 will be removed from our rosters.

No exchanges of uniforms

SPIRIT WEAR WILL BE SOLD AT ALL FITTINGs. (Cash or check only) NO items will be over $10 except for our sweatshirts and sweatpants.

Quantities will become limited at the later fittings.
NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES

Refund Policy

A full refund minus the $25 S.P.O.R.T.S. Office fee will be given to any cheerleader that drops out of the league while registration is open (May 1st-May 31). After registration is closed (May 31, 2011), a $40 refund will be given. Once our season begins (August 1, 2011) NO REFUNDs will be given.
