Parent coaches and independent coaches are utilized. We cannot run our
program without all the wonderful parents who volunteer their time each
season. For every 5-6 girls signed up for recreational cheerleading will need
one coach. NO coaching or cheerleading experience needed. we will provide
all the information and forms you need to run a squad.
New for 2011...A $50 refundable deposit will be collected from each coach for
the 2011 season. The deposit covers the cost of your coaching supplies in the
event the supplies are not returned at the end of the season. Your deposit will
be refunded so long as your supplies are returned within 7 days of playoffs.
You must fill out a BACKGROUND CHECK to be eligible to coach in our
program.
We will have a $50 cash drawing for one Tiny Tot, one Junior, and One senior/
All Star coach. Drawing will be held at the coaches meeting in August and the
cash will be awarded to the three coaches at the end of the season. You must
be present to win the drawing. You must complete your season as a coach to
be awarded the money.
Indiana Elite will be conducting a Coach’s Clinic for first time coaches or
those returning coaches who would like a refresher course in cheerleading.
They will be teaching some of our new cheers along with some returning
cheers from last season.
